Marcia played the role of FBI Agent Dana Lewis (alias: Star Morrison) in four episodes from Law & Order: Special Victims Unit. She was nominated for an Emmy Award, in the category of Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series for the Season 8 episode, "Informed."
